If it were possible to give negative stars, I certainly would. We ordered several AM Crunchwraps for breakfast, specifically requesting them without bacon and no sauce on one. When our order arrived, every Crunchwrap had bacon in it. We brought this to the attention of the cashier, who insisted they couldn't accommodate our request because their system didn't indicate 'no bacon,' despite several witnesses who saw us place the order correctly. I ordered through DoorDash, and I want to clarify that it wasn't the dasher's fault at all. I placed two separate orders for two different locations, but unfortunately, the receipts were attached to the wrong bags. As a result, my wife ended up with my order at her workplace, and I received hers at mine. To make matters worse, two items that I ordered and paid for were missing. While I did get a credit from DoorDash, it’s frustrating. This is quick-prep Mexican food, not rocket science. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK!
The menu at Taco Bell is exactly what you'd expect, and it never lets you down. However, I have to mention that this was one of the quickest experiences I've had at Taco Bell in the past six months. From placing my order to leaving, I was only in line for about 10 minutes, which is remarkable considering I've typically waited 45 minutes lately, even when there are hardly any customers at the four Taco Bells I've visited.
Ordered breakfast at this location, all of our breakfast crunchwraps were marked no meat. We waited over 30 minutes to receive our order just for all of them to come out with bacon on them. They argued with us that they were not marked no meat which made us have to pay for our entire meal again. Then after reordering the meal, they told us breakfast was over. Everytime I think it’ll be different. This Taco Bell specifically is just awful. Expect your order to be at least 30 minutes to get, god help you if there’s a line. When you do finally get your order it’s gonna be messed up too. Then the fact the fact that you’re stuck in the drive through if decided to give them a chance is just the worst
Washer was absolutely horrible they didn't have french fries gave us 2 extra hush puppies didnt tell us . No mini cinnamon buns . Soda spilled on floor wasn't cleaned up while we were there and they were told , it was there before we got there ! Bad ,bad ?
Open hours online 8am drive through window hours say 7am pulled up quarters to 9am and got waived off and told they were closed. Just wondering when they are open? ?
