Service slow as molasses here, and why? When @tacbell eliminates cashiers? You should have the greatest service of any franchise, not worse! But we all know corporate greed is to play here. Just look at the +0.70 extra, to switch from one condiment, to another. If you wanted one chalupa the way you enjoy it, it could literally cost you close to $10!Now let's get back to the no cashiers. I’m updating my review to one star based on my recent experiences with service. It seems that carryout orders are often placed at the bottom of the priority list. The drive-thru customers receive their food faster than those who ordered ahead, even when it was supposed to be ready at a specific time. Both pickup customers and delivery orders appear to be routinely sidelined. It’s frustrating to see multiple people waiting inside for over 20 minutes when they have already placed their orders from home, while drive-thru customers come and go. I visited this restaurant about a week ago and have been too busy to write a review until now. Unfortunately, the QR code I tried to use didn't work, so I hope this message reaches the manager. My order was perfect, and Jacob, who handled my ride, was incredibly friendly! I have no complaints about my experience.
This was probably the best taco bell experience I've had since 2010. The burritos and chicken quesadilla were excellent and the quality was amazing. My waiter was a young man named Micheal Hamilton, that man saved my life while and he deserves a bonus and a raise of salary.

Went inside to order. Waited it least 15 minutes to get food. It was not busy inside. At least a young male employee apologized for it taking to long. Looked like there was a few employees working behind the counter.
This is one of my favorite Taco Bell locations. The restaurant is consistently clean, the staff is always friendly, and the food is reliably well-prepared.
I waited for a long time without anyone taking my order, so I had to use the kiosks, which I don’t like. The food was also served cold.
I ordered the chicken chalupa box meal, but I was served beef instead. This really upset me, as I don't like beef.
