I just wanted to share a wonderful experience I had at Taco Bell in LaGrange. The Manager’s name was Eric that helped us. One of their benches had a nail coming up and it snagged and tore a huge hole in my leggings. We got Eric to come out and fix the nail and he offered to replace my pants.He was so kind and I felt like such a hassle and he was quick to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. The space was so clean, the cashier was so helpful, and the food looked and tasted wonderful.We’re so quick to complain. I just wanted to lift them up and share my great experience.
During my trip, I was looking for a quick and relatively inexpensive meal. The food and service ratings are in line with similar fast-food establishments: it was 'as expected' for a Taco Bell. The atmosphere was also just what I anticipated, but I can’t rate it higher than 3 stars unless the fast-food place is truly exceptional. I probably wouldn’t actively look for this location again, but I wouldn’t hesitate to stop by if it were convenient.
The young lady on the register was hopefully just starting or having a bad day. She didn't put my order in correctly, charging me more than double what I ordered, we had to fix that; she provided wrong items; we had to fix that; I paid in cash, she couldn't count change, and she gave me 4+ times more change than I had coming back, we had to fix that. She wasn't impolite, but she was certainly inept.
I don't know how the breakfast is at TacoBell because they open at 8am. If they looked at their geographical surroundings they would know over 13,000 workers in less than a mile work 8 to 4 and 8 to 5. Missing a huge breakfast crowd. Guess I ll have to try to catch it on a

The food is great, but the coffee was strange. It came out a dark, watery brown instead of the usual light brown and milky color. It looked more like brown water and tasted awful.
USED DRIVE THROUGH TODAY, TOLD THE INCOMPETENT PERSON WORKING NO CHEESE, HE REPEATED IT AND STILL PUT CHEESE ON THE TACOS, THANK YOU FOR MESSING UP OUR MEAL AND DINNER.
Every time I go all of the fried food tastes like the oil hasn’t been changed or filtered in months. It’s disgusting.
The food was served hot and fresh, and the staff were both friendly and efficient. I have no complaints at all.

Loved the food but you can go to a nice sit down restaurant and pay what I paid for our food! Ridiculous!!
Food would taste better if it wasn't all lettuce. Wait wasn't too long, service was friendly.
