The dining area is bright and inviting, and the staff genuinely seems pleased to have you there! They are friendly and welcoming. However, my experience at the Fern Valley location was completely different. I will not be returning to that location. Hillview deserves my business, as Fern Valley has now turned me away for the last time.
Excellent experience! I've visited several Taco Bells over the past two weeks, and this one was the best by far. The food quality was great, the service was friendly, and we received our order quickly. The dining area was clean, although the restrooms could use a little improvement. Overall, it was a solid visit!
I was mentally ready for a long waiting period and confused order. So it is always with others near Taco Bells, but not this! I was honestly impressed by how fast I came in and out of this drive-thru, and my entire order (15 items) was there.
