THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING THERE!!! This place deserves ZERO stars but giving this minimum 1 star for late hours and the order taker who was new and incompetent but somehow managed to punch in our huge order (for 11 people) in the system. However, it wasall messed up serving size was half in every dish, missing items, so much more and the staff was super rude and needs to betrained on customer service. We would have preferred having cereal and milk or even slept hungry but definitely not going thereagain.
I was initially hesitant to try this restaurant because of its low star rating, but it was the only option available at the time. However, since I was very hungry, I decided to give it a chance. To my surprise, the experience ended up being quite enjoyable for me and my group. The staff was friendly, our order was correct, and we were served quickly, which was a relief after a long day. The food was fresh and tasty as well. I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant in the future.
Three of us were in our car, each responsible for a different task. When we arrived at the restaurant, the staff informed us that we could only pick up two of our orders at a time. If we wanted our third order, we would need to leave and return in 25 minutes. Just as we settled in, one of us, who had previously worked in the food industry, voiced their concern, stating that this was simply unacceptable. We shouldn't have to wait almost an hour to receive food we had already paid for.
This restaurant is terrible. The staff seem uninterested, the food arrives slowly and isn’t well prepared, and the drink station is dirty and hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. Moreover, there are exposed electrical wires near the water in the beverage area, posing a serious electrocution risk.

The staff at Taco Bell could benefit from training on how to use the mobile app to help customers seamlessly collect their rewards. It was frustrating to find that they were not knowledgeable about the rewards program. Overall, my experience at Taco Bell was disappointing.
This is one of my favorite Taco Bell locations. I always use the app to score free items and customize my order to get exactly what I want. It saves time and makes the ordering process super easy.
I requested extra jalapeño sauce on my quesadilla, but they didn’t add any at all. The customer service was lacking. I work in food service, and I would never treat a guest that way.
