This Taco Bell location is my go-to spot, but after noon I prefer to head to Forestville or Oxon Hill for better quality food. Unfortunately, the night shift at this store is lacking. They are very stingy with the toppings, which feels like false advertising. It's surprising that no one has filed a lawsuit against them yet. My cheesy gordita crunch had barely any cheese, causing the shells to fall apart. My steak quesadilla was just steak with very little cheese, and not even a generous amount of steak. Overall, the food quality was disappointing. Meal type: Dinner. Price per person: $10–20. Food: 1. Service: 2. Atmosphere: 2.
I come here pretty often late at night with hubby. I like this location so this is just to get someone's attention, because this isn't the first time this happened. I placed an order, came home, and took a bite of the quesadilla. At first I couldn't tell if the sauce was old or the chicken, but I feel like it's both. It's honestly not a good feeling biting into food and the sauce tastes spoiled. Disappointing..
I ordered the grilled cheese double steak burrito, but initially I didn't receive a receipt and didn't realize until I got home. They didn't give me the correct order; instead, I received a regular beef burrito. I didn't want to call to complain, so I decided to leave a review to express my disappointment. There was no steak, cheese, or jalapenos in the burrito I received.
We enjoyed being able to order on a tablet, which allowed us to take our time looking at the menu and customizing items. The restaurant may not have been the cleanest, but the food tasted good. Lately everytime I visit this location, I have to wait no less than 10mins to be served. And members of the staff will acknowledge my presence but do nothing to assist. If they can't take my order couldn't they at least get someone who can?? I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone...
I came for a schedule interview for this taco bell the General Manager wasn't even there I had to reschedule another then when I try to call to see was the General Manager there they don't answer their phone at all .
The new manager at this restaurant is disorganized and often mixes up instructions. They always try to blame the servers for any mistakes, but in reality, the manager is at fault.
