I visited the drive-thru for a late lunch and ordered a 5-layer burrito. While the burrito had a generous amount of filling, it was all packed in the center, which made it tricky to take a bite from the end while it was still wrapped. I ended up having to use a fork, which I didn’t have with me at the time—I'll definitely remember to ask for one next time. The flavor was a bit bland, likely due to the ingredients, so I added some spicy sauce to enhance it. Overall, the drive-thru was efficient, the staff were friendly, and the store area appeared clean.
The food was oily and tasteless, lacking any attention to detail. It’s disappointing. Was I surprised? Not really. If someone told me this was Taco B during its worst times, I wouldn't have been shocked. Be ready to speak Spanish, as the person taking orders only communicates in that language. They also forgot to include guacamole in my order. When I asked for the manager, I was told she was on her break, and when I called the area manager, Sheila, I received the same indifferent attitude.
The server who helped us at the restaurant was clearly overwhelmed, as they were the only one taking orders at the drive-through while also preparing food. It was evident that Brandon was making a genuine effort given the situation. It's unfortunate that many people are receiving government assistance for being unemployed, while dedicated workers like Brandon are multitasking to keep the restaurant operating efficiently.
I took my two sons to this restaurant for lunch. While we were placing our order on the touchscreen (which is the only way to order here), we saw a large cockroach crawling across the screen. I tried to inform one of the staff members, but they didn’t speak English and just responded with a nonchalant "OK" before going back to making tacos. Because of this incident, we decided to leave without eating.

The food sucked they burnt my crunchwrap and under cooked food they forgot half the damn order there way to busy talking to make food too the service was so poor they were rude as hell I would never go back and on top of that you can see how nasty the walls are on top of the floor and i saw some not even wearing gloves it's all just straight up dirty and disgusting
Whenever you’re in the mood for a quick snack, Taco Bell is the ideal choice. The mobile app makes ordering incredibly easy, letting you customize your menu items just the way you want. Plus, the prices are even more appealing on the app! I've consistently had great experiences eating at Taco Bell.
The service was quick, and I really enjoy Taco Bell, but my only complaint is the price. It used to be that you could get the 12-pack (family pack) for about $12 to $15, and now it's gone up to $28.
The service here is extremely slow. Keep in mind, this is just a fast food taco place, not a high-end restaurant. It would be great if they could improve their service speed.

Every time I visit this place, the dining room seems to be closed. Right now, I'm here at 12:47 PM, and it’s closed again. There are no signs indicating the reason for this.
I recently visited this Taco Bell, and I must say it was the best quality I've experienced in a long time. I'm feeling very satisfied right now!
