Normally our experience is good here so I think this was an isolated incident due to poor planning on a big day for Taco Bell. I will say that for the grand re-introduction of the Mexican Pizza you think they would over prepare to avoid this but I'm not sure that happened. By the evening they were out of tortillas and the sauce they use for the Mexican Pizza yet there were no signs on the front door or the drive thru sign indicating. There were however plenty of advertisements for bring back the Mexican Pizza everywhere else.
The food is fine. The drive thru service is very hit or miss. make sure to check your order before you leave.
Great Food, Great Service. Hands down best Taco Bell out there
