I haven’t been very impressed in the past. I've had issues like receiving the wrong order at the drive-thru and finding the toppings to be lacking. HOWEVER, tonight I have to give a big shoutout to the staff! The service was excellent, and my meal was prepared exactly to order—hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious! I will definitely be coming back regularly as long as the staff and service continue to meet the same high standard as tonight!
Just had an amazing encounter with two young men at the drive through around 10:30 at night, helped me with ordering by upgrading to ordering meals, and they were just in general very sweet and went beyond! Super fast super quick and also had the best food I’ve ever had there! Been living here for 30 years never had such great service, I am bummed I did not ask for their names.Two gentlemen’s at 10:30 on Monday December 11. :
I pulled into the drive thru and there was 2 cars in front of me. I sat for more then 10 minutes before I was even able to get to the speaker. Was asked to wait I pulled away almost another 5 minutes later without placing a order. I 'm not sure if they are understaffed or what but it 's called fast food for a reason. Left there went to McDonald 's and was out in less then 2 minutes. Will never stop again.
The Thursday night crew kills it. One thing I've never had at the milford Taco Bell is food that ISN'T fresh. Top tier. Their earlier evening crew is also stellar. Upon entering the restaurant, I was disappointed to find the floor was very dirty. Additionally, I noticed that there was no option for a paper receipt. When I was ready to leave, the left door was locked, and I nearly hurt my arm trying to open it. It would be great if you could improve these issues.
Baja Blast was all foam no drink, Mountain Dew had black flakes in it, Root beer was all syrup and no carbonation. If they are cutting corners cleaning their drink station they are probably cutting corners on the food station too. Workers seem nice so probably management not giving enough time for
