this review is for the location 5041 s jellison way in littleton colorado. since I received no answer from the complaining I did on the company website, maybe someone will answer it. I was regrettable enough to be a few weeks back near this Taco bell and came through on the way. I didn't know that I'd be stuck in this line for 65 minutes without getting out because it was a track and car behind me. no reason for the delay was given as soon as I finally reached the window and make the things worse, they told me that they were from crispy packings that were the dinner of my wife. they hadn't even offered to do anything else to her! the bad customer service of the teenager in the window was ter...
Went through the drive thru 10:25pm after work. took 15 minutes to get to the menu to order only to be told they were only doing delivery orders. No way to exit the line. took another 15 minutes to get to the window. asked for the store number, they wouldn't give it to me. not asking for the phone but the store number so I could reference it in a complaint to corporate. Never got the number. Went to Taco Bell's website filed a complaint. No response from them for over 3 weeks now. Last time going to Taco Bell as they obviously don't care about their lack of customer service at this location.
If you're willing to drive an extra 3 miles to Bellview and south to Watt, you'll find a better Taco Bell. At the location I visited, I always have to wait around 5 minutes per order, which can be frustrating. The crew here is the worst I've ever encountered - I've been stuck in the drive-thru for hours waiting for my food. The Taco Bell on Whadow and Crestline, on the other hand, is much faster, friendlier, and overall provides a better dining experience.
I enjoy Taco Bell, but the employees have decided not to serve customers in the dining area. Despite the corporate sign stating 'dine in open', they have locked the doors. It seems like they are trying to speed up the drive-through, but the line there is always long and you will have to wait a long time. The dining area is open, but it is frustrating that you cannot access it.

I would be happy to upgrade my review to five stars if the restaurant opens up their lobby. Previously, I was able to order vegetarian options using the kiosk. Unfortunately, this location has lost our regular business by not allowing customers to customize their orders. Typically, we would spend between $23 and $30 for a dinner for two. I hope the lobby will be open soon.
This is the worst Taco Bell in the world. They are sooooo slow. Always have an excuse for why they can't work. Inside is either closed or drive through is closed, or they're only take mobile orders or they're only doing Uber pickups. Hire a good staff and you won't have this problem. Started going down the street to a Taco Bell that I've never had issues with.
Actually, I always had a good experience here. the people were always super nice and patient. I never have a posture and my eating is always hot. I have a taco bell right across from me and I choose to go to this because it is ten times better! maybe it's my timing, but I have nothing but good things to say about this place
Absolute worst service ever. Waited 40 minutes in drive thru. When I get to the window the girl doesn't even know what my drinks were. My order was missing 2 items. Tacos tasted bad, oil they're fried in is rancid. Understaffed, poor service, several family members had to go get other food. Don't waste your time

Food was good got everything I ordered. That said maybe they should fix their air conditioning. I’ve been here 4 times in the last 2 months and not once is the ac working. Employees have fans blowing on them 90° inside the restaurant.
