I would give this place zero stars if I could. My husband was there picking up food when he overheard a lazy employee complaining loudly about why people choose this Taco Bell when there are two others on the west side. He was upset that he was the only one working back there and expressed frustration about customers coming in. He even mentioned hearing his name mentioned twice. This establishment lacks professionalism, and it’s unacceptable to talk about customers while they are at the counter. Another employee suggested my husband could hear her, but she retorted that she didn’t care and kept on complaining. To top it all off, they didn’t even get our order right.
I called the store multiple times without an answer. Someone kept picking up and hanging up before I could speak. When someone finally answered, I tried to talk and they threatened to call the cops on me. I had been trying to call because I had placed a mobile order there through the app and it accidentally went to that restaurant. I am beyond disappointed in the treatment I received and I would never want anyone to experience what I did. I literally couldn’t even get help because they refused to do their job and even speak to me.
I have Door Dashed from this location a few times the food is always made correct and fresh and full Today I got this little note in the bag and I knew that the crew working at this location really does hold themselves higher by leaving this note. That is confident showing that they are not afraid for you to call back that gives them a chance to make it right. I give them 10
The workers were very nice and helpful the manager Zach was a Jerk he yelled at the workers for his own mess ups if I could I would give him a half a star! The workers I would give 4 stars!!!! And that place needs cleaned there are spiders in the windows and lights and that's not very kid friendly.

My cheese had poured out inside my bag before I could even open it but they replaced the cheese dip. Love the new nacho fries need to keep them year round
The order was incorrect, and the drive-thru was extremely busy, so we decided to go inside. Unfortunately, it took over 20 minutes to get our food.
Just went through their drive through got shorted an item and their phone is disconnected so i can’t even be reimbursed for the food i didn’t get
Tacos empty and shattered as well as soggy. Had items paid for missing and not put in bag. Third time in a row our food was wrong or missing

Did not seem adequately staffed, food came out Luke warm, overall was so-so.
The tacos seem to have less meat every time I get them.
