food is okay most of the time, but beware of the one incredibly rude lady with the beanie and the piercings! she was really rude when i went in to get a doordash pickup for the first time. my phone stated i should show my details to staff, and i was instructed by the workers to go into the store (since our lobby is open you can come in was all i got at the speaker, oh boy i sure hope someone in a wheelchair or has accessibility issues doesn 't end up in my situation, especially with the beanie emo rawr xD one) i go into the lobby, go to the front to show them my details, and all employees in the kitchen just sit around idly doing nothing... with one occasionally looking at me. eventually the...
I have been disappointed many times by this location's subpar drive-thru service, but recently, the service seems to be getting better. For the past 3 consecutive visits, my orders have been quickly and correctly made exactly as they were ordered, and as an added bonus, they have come complete with plenty of sauces and napkins. Kudos to the manager for finally hiring some employees who are capable of doing their job well, and thank you, night shift, for actually doing your job like you give a damn about providing quality service to your neighbors. I called the store multiple times without an answer. Someone kept picking up and hanging up before I could speak. When someone finally answered, I tried to talk and they threatened to call the cops on me. I had been trying to call because I had placed a mobile order there through the app and it accidentally went to that restaurant. I am beyond disappointed in the treatment I received and I would never want anyone to experience what I did. I literally couldn’t even get help because they refused to do their job and even speak to me.
I have Door Dashed from this location a few times the food is always made correct and fresh and full Today I got this little note in the bag and I knew that the crew working at this location really does hold themselves higher by leaving this note. That is confident showing that they are not afraid for you to call back that gives them a chance to make it right. I give them 10

I really have had terrible food at the Covert and Green River Road locations. I drive across town to St.Joe and my food is always right.I had to throw away my 10$box at the Covert location. Food was burnt and you could taste that the deep fryer needed grease needled changing.I have worked in food service as a chef.I know horrible food when I taste it.
My cheese had poured out inside my bag before I could even open it but they replaced the cheese dip. Love the new nacho fries need to keep them year round
