Worst customer service I?ve had in a long time at Taco Bell.. So get this, I finished my order on the self checkout. I go to the front and ask for my drink cup since I wanted to get the cup filled prior to getting my order. The MANAGER was counting a drawerbut literally right by the cups. I asked her for my cup and she told me to wait until she was done counting. LIKE WHAT???? Youcan?t reach over one foot and get me a cup? Something that will take you two seconds? People need to learn customer serviceskills? Taco Bell, check you staff?
Not really impressed. They are not consistent. Some days the meal is perfect. Others, not so much. Whenever I order a drink through the drive-through, there is a 50/50 chance it will come out perfectly fine, or disgustingly watered down. It is far morelikely that the cup will be filled to the point where taking a drink will cause the contents to spill onto me and the car. Ihave not had that kind of problem with the food. The person taking orders in the drive-through in the morning would clearly likedo be doing anything else.
Horrible service. Arrived to pickup a mobile order and web I asked the employee if that had received y order they replied ?it?ll be at the front counter when it?s ready?. Ppl walk off with mobile orders all the time so the least you could do is check tomake sure you still have it or are making it. Too many times i walk into a store and they say it?ll be ready when it?s readyonly to find out someone else took the order. Do your job Taco Bell or get new employees not bandaids!
They forgot my order, and honestly, I wasn't too upset about it. What did leave me feeling disappointed was the manager on duty, who had a really poor attitude. Having managed for 10 years myself, I would never treat anyone the way she treated me. I can't recall her name, but she has short blonde hair. I still gave them a five-star rating because I would never want to harm a business, but she really needs to either be replaced or reassess her attitude.

This is a nice location. I've only ever been through the drive through but the food is good and comes out quick. I had the new spicy ranchero crispy chicken burrito. Chicken was crispy and it had a nice kick. I also had the classic bean burrito. Good as well with the sauce and diced onions. Service: Takeaway Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4
I’m a big fan of Taco Bell, and this location consistently impresses me. I prefer to place my order through the app and then pick it up in the store, as the drive-thru lines can get quite long. Everything is prepared quickly, and if there’s ever an issue, they resolve it promptly and always with a friendly apology. Keep up the great work, everyone!
It's Taco Bell, the trendiest fast food joint out there. They have the best dollar menu in the industry! I'm honestly surprised to see a rating below 4 stars. I love everything from their 12-pack mixed supreme to the cinnamon twists and caramel apple empanadas. They even bring back discontinued items for me, like the steak Baja Chalupa.
Thank you for being open 24 hours. The drive through line was very long and I thought it would take a long time. They were super efficient and friendly, even at 3 am on a Friday night.
