We came here for lunch and went through the drive-thru. We purchased the 8 pack of 4 tacos and 4 5 layer burritos. We had asked if we could substitute some burritos for some of the tacos in the 12 pack and were told that they couldn't do that. Other taco-bell's have so I guess it's their choice not to at this location. We ordered 2-hard tacos, 2-soft tacos and 4-burritos with fire sauce. The line was short, only 3 cars, and it moved quickly so the crew was efficient but not too friendly. We were happy with the food, it was good, but would have rather had the 12 pack over the 8 pack. If I could give a zero rating, I would for everything. Not only did I witness the workers doing nothing but staring at someone experiencing a medical emergency who had to be taken away in an ambulance the last time I was here, but every time I visit, my order gets messed up. I have finally decided to stop coming to this location, despite its proximity to me. The final straw was when I entered to place an order and the workers were even ruder in person than they are through the drive-thru. Love this location. They are really sweet staff. The young lady working gave me a free freeze. The manager here is super nice and I enjoy how positive she is with her staff. I've done delivery before at this location and it was fabulous and early. Way too go guys. Customer Service wise this location tops all the taco bells I've ever gone too.
I was charged For the wrong food when I asked for a refund, it was made a hassle at the window, and the manager on duty refused to give me a receipt for proof of refund. Bad example set for the new employee training at the window.
