We came here for lunch and went through the drive-thru. We purchased the 8 pack of 4 tacos and 4 5 layer burritos. We had asked if we could substitute some burritos for some of the tacos in the 12 pack and were told that they couldn't do that. Other taco-bell's have so I guess it's their choice not to at this location. We ordered 2-hard tacos, 2-soft tacos and 4-burritos with fire sauce. The line was short, only 3 cars, and it moved quickly so the crew was efficient but not too friendly. We were happy with the food, it was good, but would have rather had the 12 pack over the 8 pack. If I could give a zero rating, I would for everything. Not only did I witness the workers doing nothing but staring at someone experiencing a medical emergency who had to be taken away in an ambulance the last time I was here, but every time I visit, my order gets messed up. I have finally decided to stop coming to this location, despite its proximity to me. The final straw was when I entered to place an order and the workers were even ruder in person than they are through the drive-thru. When I asked a question, a worker responded with, "Why are you asking me?" I was taken aback as they work there. They then proceeded to ignore me with an attitude. Let me share my disappointing experience at Taco Bell. First, I was told they were only accepting mobile orders at 12 and refused to take my order in person. Then, I was surprised to see three employees smoking marijuana outside the restaurant. While I understand it's legal, doing it right in front of the establishment is not very professional. The service was also lackluster, with the staff appearing lazy and more focused on counting the till than providing good service. Despite claiming to be open until 2 am, they were already turning customers away when I arrived at midnight. Overall, Taco Bell really missed the mark on this visit. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
Items missing from my drive-thru order. Items we did get seemed slapped together like somebody was having a really bad day and taking it out on the food. The window person had the personality of a dial-tone at best. When I asked for mild taco sauce she just glared at me like she didn 't know what I was talking about. Asked again, and she responded you want sauce? . I said it again and asked, mild taco sauce, do you still have that? Another brief glare, the the window closed. Then my food came out without a word.No need to go back to this location and throw my money down on garbage and attitude.
When they handed me a cup, they grabbed it from the top with their bare hands. They ran out of forks. Their lobby was dirty, top to bottom. I had to clean my table where I sat. I could not get a receipt with my meal, unless I gave them my phone number or email. When I left. I noticed someone was cleaning up the garbage. Outside when they probably should have cleaned up the inside first. The only positive thing I have to say is that my order was a 100% accurate. Which is usually a hit or miss with most places.
Love this location. They are really sweet staff. The young lady working gave me a free freeze. The manager here is super nice and I enjoy how positive she is with her staff. I've done delivery before at this location and it was fabulous and early. Way too go guys. Customer Service wise this location tops all the taco bells I've ever gone too.
I was charged For the wrong food when I asked for a refund, it was made a hassle at the window, and the manager on duty refused to give me a receipt for proof of refund. Bad example set for the new employee training at the window.
Food was disgusting. My food wrapper was saturated with great like they soaked it in oil. When i called manager was not so nice. And waited so long in drive thru.... never again will I go there.
Sitting in drive thru it’s been 29 min and the line is ridiculous. Will not ever come here again. Stars are fallen that’s what I rate this
