I initially wanted to give this restaurant the benefit of the doubt and give it another chance, despite all the negative reviews I've seen. However, I can no longer keep quiet; I won't be returning. I'm planning to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as I believe this establishment has been flying under the radar, consistently providing some of the worst customer service and food preparation for years. It's time for a serious look into the issues at this place, specifically regarding Taco Bell.
the personal here clearly does not care about everything that reflects the art and wise how they treat people. I ordered supreme tacos that I was accused of supreme tacos, but that is not what I received when I arrived, they corrected the difference not yet apologised the manager did not seem to care, he took a taco back and exchanged it out. fear that I think they would give the next person with covid and everything close, I would not want someone else to eat.
Team was texting instead of working while already in a significant delay for service. They laugh at their customers as opposed to serving them. The manager there needs to go. This has been going on for a while. They never provide the food or appropriate hot sauce ordered. I will take my business to another location. I still like Taco Bell. This location is just in need of a decent manager who cares about the customer.
We have never been to this location and not had them mess up our order, and then tonight we checked our order before we left and it was wrong so went back through the drive thru, employees didn't care it was wrong and AGAIN gave us the wrong thing so my husband had to go into the lobby, where the employees were rude again but....we finally got the right food. Gonna avoid this location!

Every single time, and I mean every single time we go to this taco bell they are closed. We check their hours and they always have some new excuse as to why they are closed early. The worst customer service ever. Just go to a different taco bell. This one is not worth it. We live right there and are just waiting for it to close down and something better to come in!
I've lived in this neighborhood for 18 years, and I have to say, Taco Bell's food is just terrible! I can't understand how people continue to eat there. The tacos and burritos hardly have any filling at all, and the service is the worst I've ever experienced. I usually drive five miles to another Taco Bell just to avoid this one. It's definitely not worth it!
If you are going to eat Taco Bell just go to a different location, anywhere but here. This Taco Bell has never been good, the staff here barely care and it's obvious the management is lacking. The tacos are like eating ice cold **** and they won't even give you hot sauce to cover up the **** taste. You could eat your own **** and it would at least be warm.
At 1:30pm 2 out of 4 crispy tacos were cold on outside and lettuce was soggy like it was frozen. I think they put the whole taco into refrigerator until more customers! One time my crispy tacos had some meat and no lettuce or cheese!?? I wish you would improve your standards, I'll drive away from my home to find a better Taco Bell.

There's a 50/50 chance that my order is correct. I guess I'll have to check my order every time from now on. This has been one of the worst Taco Bell experiences I've had.
