She was quite rude when my wife inquired about the veteran discount, which has always been honored for us in the past. Immediately, she replied that they didn't offer it at this location. When I mentioned that we had always received it before, she consulted with someone and eventually confirmed that it was valid. However, her tone remained rude as she took my wife's card from her hand and processed the discount. The rest of the interaction continued to be disrespectful. We have decided to dine elsewhere in the futur...
