The food is solid, but the management is seemingly incapable of locking this place down. The employees are revolving door, the quality of service yo-yo 's wildly. You basically have to act like a hall monitor for your order. And The vibes are rancid in there. The few times I 've been in the store while corporate and or the manager are breathing down the necks of the employees to make sure they get something right, it forces the employees to go too fast and they get stuff wrong faster. OOOOOOLLLAYYYY! Welcome to taco johns buds! Deciding where to eat here on the westside?? Look no further than finest establishment in the metropolitan area. Taco Johns and their fabulous potato oles with cheese sauce will leave you watching TikTok on the toilet for 45 minutes. A bidet is required for this experience. The service from the lovely men inside is quick, easy, and most importantly filled with love. Never think about Taco Bell again (more taco cheeks) when you can find inner bliss here at Mr. Johns.
I got two taco salads one beef and one chicken. Asked for extra meat on both but it seems as if we got half the meat. It has VERY little filling in it. The two salads together might make an ok salad. This leaves me wanting something more to eat. The experience here was VERY different then one I get when I go into the one in White House TN at the Loves truck stop there. I also visit the one near Springfield, IL and again it is the same as TN. I will not be going back to this location. It's a shame.
Drive thru was quick enough. Here 's the reason for bad review. The tacos we were served were 80% lettuce and came out cold! Hardly any meat or cheese was included. I know the economy is shot but this is not the way to save money if you intend to keep customers. Next, you ask me to do a survey for a free churro and a $5 gift card.....but apparently I didn 't order the right menu item to qualify for the review. No bueno folks, treat your customers better or lose them for good.

No Air Conditioning, understaffed(she's good, but probably under-paid), no wi-fi and the food is not quite as good, or in quantity, as it used to be.
Having the munchies after a long day at work?? Stop in and grab a 6 pack and a pound!! This combo will not get you 8 10 years in the local clinker.
When I went here the staff were nice and very helpful with the ordering as well.
