I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant! It was impressively organized, and the staff was efficient, friendly, and very mindful of Covid safety protocols. They adhered to all the necessary precautions, which I appreciated. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious, and the prices were quite reasonable. I ordered the Barbacoa Burrito bowl with chips and salsa, and everything was fantastic! Update: I've returned, and the service and food continue to be outstanding!
The dining area felt a bit compact, but there were both indoor and outdoor seating options, all attractively decorated. The music was a little loud, but it added to the lively atmosphere. As for the food, it was delicious! We each ordered different items, and everyone left feeling satisfied. The portions are generous! If you find yourself in the area and looking for a quick and tasty burrito or taco meal, I highly recommend stopping by Taco Mama!
Love this place! The food portions are huge for the cost! I would recommend the Quesadillas, they come with a huge spread of dips and chips! The only thing I personally do not prefer is the restaurant's business in such a tight space. If you don't mind if you do... command. The order can be extended when this happens... run outside and place an order. It will be ready in 5 minutes!!
Very busy place, very festive colourful with lots of lights. It was my first time and I ask associate to explain the menu and some dishes, so he patiently did it, it was really nice and really helpful. I got soft tacos with beef it was amazingly good, flavor and everything, guacamole and cheese sauce was perfect. Highly recommended, if you visit Birmingham you have to go there. Tacos and burrito bowl, margs, chips. Chips are meh, but the rest was very good! The crunch on the hard shell tacos was on another level. Watermelon margarita was extremely good, use the big straw they provide, helps with the watermelon chunks. I would recommend to anyone and we will look forward to coming back!
The food was good, but what really impressed me was the staff. We came in 15 minutes before they closed, and I'm sure everyone was tired and ready to go home. But every person we encountered was friendly, and helpful. They are excellent employees and I will definitely go back because of my experience.
I always have a great experience at Taco Mama. I recommend trying the taco basket, which includes two tacos along with chips and salsa. There are plenty of options to choose from, and I've tried a lot of different tacos so far without ever being disappointed. I definitely recommend it!
Great local taco chain! Everything's very tasty with interesting twists on common Mexican menu items. The wait can be extraordinary and there's no calling ahead or getting around it so I'd try to get there early or go at off peak times. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
