This place used to be awesome, but not anymore. Go to a different taco surf! Two months ago, the service and the food went major downhill. I usually dine in and occasionally get takeout. We visit all the taco surfs, so we know what is different from restaurant to restaurant. I order the same thing every single time. The past 3 out of 4 visits, the salsa has had no flavor, we didn't even take any home, like usual. The last 3 of 4 times in a row, my tacos were missing guacamole, and the amount of lettuce had reduced to 1/4 of the usual amount. Today, when I ordered takeout, I told them not to forget the guacamole, so instead they didn't give me cheese and I got a pinch of lettuce, even less th...
The menu is simple but covers all the essentials for a laid-back afternoon with a beer or margarita—enchiladas, tacos, nachos. Don’t come looking for innovative or gourmet dishes; it’s pretty basic. The only standout was the veggie tacos, which I plan to try next visit. My chicken tostada was tasty, and honestly, it’s hard to go wrong with that. Overall, the food was solid, and the vibe was nice. I’d definitely return.
Four of us went in for dinner and there just happened to be a local rock band tuning up when we sat down ten feet from the stage. Great loud Music to enjoy with dinner and met the band. When here last night for some tacos, got 2- of the 3 taco combos. What an excellent tacos they are. Got 3 of the fish tacos grilled. Bomb was not the word. Much better even than that. 2ed set I had 2 carnitas and 1 shredded beef. All the tacos weredelicious and left me wanting more. My only complaint would be the beer was rather warm but we can?t win them all

We stopped by for a quick lunch as a group of three and chose to sit on the street-side terrace. The service was prompt and courteous. The food was excellent—I had the Carnitas burrito, which might be the best I've ever tasted, regardless of price.
The food is good, but this is a place you visit because of the location and atmosphere. I met up with some friends. Parking on a weeknight was easy to find. After dinner a walk on the pier offers a great view of Long Beach (to the north) at night.
First time dining here. The food was very good ???? all four of us agreed on that. Service was quick and friendly. They have outdoor sitting, which worked great for us, thumbs up for cleanliness ????. We will return for more ????

Stopped for a quick lunch. We were a group of three and sat in the patio street side. Service was quick and polite. Food was wonderful. I had the Carnitas burrito and it was perhaps the best I?ve ever had anywhere at any price.
Great tacos! I had the shrimp, Baja fish, and Al pastor. All great shrimp was my favorite.
