We spent a little over 48 min in the drive through. I tried so hard to give the benefit of the doubt because I have worked fast food before and I know what it can be like. But when I arrived at the window there was 5 individuals all in a circle talking and laughing and Two where on their phones looked like one individual working passing in and out of view. It also took a while for someone from the circle to come to the window to take my money. I was trapped in a drive through and I couldn't drive away and service really was not good. This place has the nicest staff! They make jokes, are really friendly to each other and are willing to work on special requests. I can tell that they know how to make customers happy. Spent $25.00 and they didn't put any taco sauce or ketchup in the bag, unfortunately I had neither at home. I rated taste low because of no sauces.
