Free chips salsa (first two orders) while we waited, chips made fresh salsa was fresh refreshing. The agua frescas (we ordered horchata jamaica) were freshly made in house delicious. You have the option to order birria in tacos, a quesadilla, or a burrito. The taste was savory tortillas were crispy while saturated with flavor melted cheese. The torta was also great. Highly recommend the medium avocado salsa with whatever you're ordering. The kind of place you might just drive past....doesn't look like much from the outside, but the inside produces very tasty food served with a smile. They offer call in and pick up, order at the counter and carry out, and full service seating. We always sit down for full service and some tasty chips and salsa.They don't serve alcohol but I think you can bring your own...I would ask. The tacos are wonderful! And all of the sauces are great, I like it hot so I get the red and avocado sauces. I always order at least one of the Birria tacos. Sooooooo good!
Taco Time is a Jewel in Lake County! Their food its amazing, great tacos, Tony Style, and their birria tacos the best. It's a family own, and they are all very nice, quick to serve you, and take care of your order. JESUS is very good at his job and provide options, Bianca is super sweet and always ready to help. If you haven't tried it, please do yourself a favor and give it a try! You wouldn't be disappointed. No more driving out of Lake County to find decent Mexican restaurants! ?? ????
I took my boyfriend and my mom out for lunch at this place, and we had a wonderful experience. The service was quick and friendly, the prices were reasonable, and the food was delicious! I will certainly be returning to try some new dishes. I ordered the chicken flautas, while they both had the chile relleno, which was made with egg instead of meat!

I've ordered takeout several times over the past year, and I've found the street tacos to be both delicious and reasonably priced. The Birria tacos are some of the best in the county. They also offer bottled Jarritos, which is a nice touch. The only downside I've encountered is the queso—it’s a bit lackluster and mild in flavor.
My wife and I visited this restaurant for the first time today, and we were pleasantly surprised. The host and waiter were extremely friendly, and the tacos and burrito we shared were packed with fresh flavors. We will definitely return to try some of the other meats on the menu.
I’ve gone here once it was good. This time was AMAZING. I had the chips and queso birria tacos, they were so flavorful and yummy. It was beyond wonderful. Everything was insanely clean our server was sweet and attentive. We will most definitely be coming back.
The food here is truly authentic and amazing! All the ingredients are incredibly fresh and delicious. I visit frequently, and the quality remains consistently high. The prices are great, offering excellent value!
