2nd time trying to order pick up at this store and 2nd time they didn't see the order or whatever happened. Why order ahead and wait 20 minutes when you can just go through the drive thru in 5? When I called they said they would have someone come outside or call me back when the order was ready. That didn't happen either. I saw someone walk over and put something on the shelf so I walked in and looked and finally there was my order.
I enjoy the food here when I can get it, but of the last 5 times I've tried to get food during business hours I've found that nobody is working. There's been no indication that it is closed at the drive through ordering area and I feel like if there are challenges staffing you should at least have a way to put up a closed sign so people don't waste their time waiting to see if someone answers.
You need to open one in Mesa, Surprise, or Apache Junction AZ. Where your snowbirds head every winter. And for those who have moved there and just plain need their fix of Crispy Beef Burritos ?. It would show that you're going to need too open more stores rapidly.
