This is the only Mexican place I 'll actually go to in Longmont. There aren 't many authentic tacos to be found here but Tacos al Molcajete doesn 't disappoint. The al pastor is AWESOME. I do agree, however, that the ladies behind the counter can be a little aloof. The male owner is super personable and friendly, though. Overall definitely the place to go if you want a 'real ' taco.
Fantastic and authentic Mexican food, served FAST! I got the tripe, tongue, and carne asada tacos and loved them all. Definitely worth stopping in...
Best tacos I've had in Colorado! Super friendly prompt service. Clean inside out! They have an awesome covered patio area with tables, too.
