This used to be my favorite spot for the past two years. Unfortunately, I experienced food poisoning during the summer after ordering chicken tacos. I decided to give it another try, but sadly, I ended up in the hospital again with severe salmonella poisoning. During my last visit in July 2023, I had a burrito with carne asada and tripas. It seems that some of the meats may be stored or cooked in unsanitary conditions. I'm sharing this to warn others so you don't have to go through the same experience.
HANDMADE CORN TORTILLAS, AUTHENTIC CECINA, AND THE BEST STRAWBERRY WATER YOU'VE EVER TASTED! And those are just a couple of items on their menu! Don’t miss out on this place; I traveled all the way from Houston, TX (and it was definitely worth the 1,500-mile drive). Dietary options: You can easily request a low-sugar, low-sodium, low-carb, and low-calorie lime wedge to squeeze on your HUGE POBLANO TACO.
Street food, the corner Kern and Olympic. Line is pretty long but worth the wait. Packed on meat 5 different flavor agua frescas (jimaica, pipino, orange, pineapple and horchata. I mixed pina and orange. Come hungry because they make their burritos, tacos, quesodillas and sopes huge.
I absolutely love this place! The food is amazing. The only unique twist is that they top everything with queso fresco, which is a bit like cottage cheese, but it still tastes fantastic. The carne asada is the best—so juicy! I always enjoy coming here.

The food is delicious. This is one of the best home foods. The prices you pay for the tacos and burrito are great. It's always a big line, but they are fast too.
