We had a wonderful experience in the Tadao Ando Restaurant at Château La Coste. The waiters were very friendly and fast. They took our orders promptly and also served quickly. As an appetizer we had the beets with goat cheese. It was a beautiful dish, the beets were fresh and the cheese was very tasty. Definitely recommended!!! We had three main dishes: 1) Seabass served on fresh spinach and tomatoes The fish was super fresh and cooked to perfection. The combination of fresh spinach with sweet cherry tomatoes was to die for! They were so sweet they almost tasted like candy. Very disappointed with this experience I don't know if these because we had booked with a gift box but I had still paid for it myself for my husband We had to claim almost everything that was marked on the gift voucher A glass of bubbles with coffee instead of an aperitif We were served the starter not even having time to order a fruit juice The dishes arrive staggered from each other to the guests at the table The staff, at least one room manager, is not at all pleasant to manage this type of place. On the other hand, a young person in training who wants to learn and do well who would do better to be well surrounded Too bad because the site is superb, an area that is really worth the detour...
A wonderful eating experience. A very nice menu with a good selection of the Chateau's wines at fair prices. Well worth a leisurely lunch. Plan for two hours. Both indoor and outdoor seating. We have eaten there numerous times and have always had a wonderful experience. Reservations are a must during the summer and recommended during the rest of the year. Lovely venue in an architectural masterpiece. We loved our afternoon here eating wonderful food and drinking Château La Coste rosé on the terrace. Everything that Provence is all about.
