We ordered a chicken burger and lamb burger meal. Chicken was like pure plastic and no flavor. My boyfriend wasn't able to eat more than a quarter of that chicken burger. Lamb burger was kinda ok but the caramelized onions on top were bitter. Curly fries weren't crunchy at all, it was like eating old people food, really flabby, and I paid 1£ extra for them . We also ordered a Ferrero Rocher milkashake. It didn't taste at all of that, it was super sweet white chocolate taste but at least was the only thing we were able to finish. I really don't understand all the good reviews. I eat in other burger places on a budget much much better than this. Cmon people!
visits this place a month ago or so before a friend recommended her "homemade burger it is a place that is a strange mix of things from Arab starters hummus etc. to piri piri huh to any kind of stir fry offer I decided for the cattle burger that was terrible sorry to say, but I could smell fat from the burger and the texture was like the bark mint had been over and over mined to stick. this made the burger feel like gum and did so well not so cheap either at about a fifth I'm sorry the money at all not worth my buddy decided to be served for the rührei with rice. Honestly not one to write reviews, but their food is vile. Ordered a burger chips and some strips! Took a bite of each thing and binned them. Even the basic chips weren’t edible some oily soggy stuff, absolutely disgusting. Oh I also ordered a brownie! You’d think a sweet thing could be edible but no! It smelled of poo, and obviously as a brown dessert you cannot ignore the smell. Also had to bin it. Waste of time and food I say time because I waited an hour for food to be delivered!
We ordered via Uber Eats but never again! We had beef burgers, meat was super dry and very peppery, and it gave my partner heartburn. They messed up the sauces on the burgers as well instead of tahini cheese burger sauce we had chili relish and instead of chili relish there was barbecue sauce. The only good thing was the wings, but that's not enough for me to order from this place again.

omg this place is simply amazing. eating was delicious as always and what a beautiful surprise. one of the teammates has made us free milkshakes after the meal. never before happened to us in the same country. so a shame that we don't have to be in bedford. thanks!
Only negative is it took them so long to get our meal. All six of us ordered different items and all the dishes were tasty but i think my choice of stir fried rice was the best. starters were Ok but the nachos was not so. Portions were big.
You've got to hand it to the owners of this establishment. It's building is nostalgic and makes the atmosphere exceptional homely. And the food is still outstanding and affordable. Keep up the good work.
I'm gonna have a few orders from here. would recommend the lammpfanne fried rice and chicken strips. curly fries are beautiful and large portion sizes. love eating from here!
