This little treasure for Chinese cuisine was recommended by friends some months ago and has become a true favourite of mine. Close to where I work, it’s perfect for a quick, or for that lazy lunch when time permits. It is owned by a husband and wife team who provide professional service that is always warm and friendly.Above all the food is delicious, always fresh and perfectly seasoned, and the portions are large. My two personal favourites are the black pepper fillet steak hot pot consisting of succulent cubes of peppered beef, and the Tai Pak mountain chicken, a dish of crisp skinned chicken with garlic, chilli and soy. Got home delivery, said will take 45min after an hr still nothing so called and said 15 min thought ok, still nothing so called again said will be 5 min still nothing after 3 hours my food finally came I was not happy about the way they handle it and didn't even say sorry or try to fix the problem. Never again will I go back cause the service was so bad.
Dinner Thursday prior to Easter. Parking at rear and front. The friendly lady front of house is very helpful in chatting on selections. Generous portions, great flavours,low prices, it seems to be very competitive in this neighbourhood. Small wine list with minimal mark ups.

The Tai Pak has a reasonable price for a good lunch menu. Very quick and friendly service which is just what you need when you drop in for a quick lunch. The main menu is quite extensive and I do beleive I will return for dinner in the near future.
The owner is always welcoming. Makes the effort to get to know her patrons. Food is excellent, make sure to meet your dietary requirements. Truly makes you feel at home. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
