I keep returning to this restaurant for its stunning views. Regardless of whether the water level is low or high, calm or stormy, sitting by the window and gazing out at Lake Shasta is simply breathtaking. Dining here can stretch into hours, and even in the evening, the lights from the marina enhance the atmosphere. However, I must mention that the food could be better. While the kitchen is certainly capable of creating gourmet dishes for events of all sizes, the current menu feels too basic for such a beautiful setting. The restaurant has undergone a transformation! With upgraded chefs and kitchen staff, as well as enhanced waitstaff, our breakfast today was absolutely delightful. Last October, we relished some tasty dishes ordered from the bar during the day, and earlier this year, we were treated to a wonderful meal for a large gathering. This place is far from your ordinary fast food joint—it boasts a lovely atmosphere, great company, delicious cuisine, and stunning views. Take your time and enjoy the experience.

We rate this restaurant five stars for its charming ambiance, breathtaking views, friendly service, and tasty breakfast. They follow a laid-back "lake time" approach, but with great company and regular drink refills, we found it perfectly enjoyable. It's also a kid-friendly place; we brought along our 2.5-year-old and our four-month-old baby, and it was a wonderful experience.

I recently celebrated my birthday at this restaurant, and it was fantastic! I savored a delicious **** mary (or two), and we had the entire place to ourselves.
