My sister took me here and i loved every bit of it even though the inside is kind of small they also have outdoor dining. Now for the food i ordered the 2 meat platter with 2 pint size sides and 2 cornbread's, now i went with Brisket and half BBQ chicken, garlic mashed potato and mac& cheese (i didn't eat any other sides they had on their menu) and the corn muffins come with apple cinnamon butter on them.. now the brisket was made to perfection and that's coming from someone whos favorite meat is smoked brisket and the chicken was also made to perfection very juicy even the breast and you can taste the smoked flavor in it, now for the sides the mashed was very flavorful and the garlic was ju...
I would have rated this review 5 stars if it weren't for my brisket, which could have been served warmer. It was a bit on the cold side and overwhelmed by BBQ sauce, making it hard to taste the brisket itself. I'm not a fan of spicy sauces, and this one was a bit too much for my liking, which contributed to the issue. Next time, I’ll request the BBQ sauce on the side. After scraping most of it off, I found the brisket’s exterior had a nice char with a hint of pepper and the perfect amount of salt—the seasoning was very well balanced. The food was quite good. Both my friend and I ordered the brisket, and while I would have preferred a bit more barbecue sauce on the meat, it was incredibly tender. The mac and cheese was creamy and packed with flavor. The cornbread was on the sweeter side for my taste, but still enjoyable. We attempted to sit outside in the front, but it was a bit too windy. The staff were very accommodating when we decided to move inside. The music and decor were pleasant, and the prices were reasonable. I’d love to return when the back patio is open—it looks inviting, but unfortunately, it wasn’t available during our visit.
Absolutely fantastic experience! We tried a variety of dishes, and everything was delicious. The interior is quite small, but I've heard they have a lovely patio during the summer. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, so I give them an A for service. The wings were large and packed with flavor, featuring a nice smoky taste while remaining juicy. Overall, it's a definite winner. The mac and cheese was incredibly creamy and cheesy; I could have easily eaten a huge plate just of that! Don't think twice about trying this place! This is a review for takeout, as I enjoyed the food in my car. I ordered the eggrolls, chili, and a smokehouse burger. The eggrolls were pleasantly unique, featuring an interesting combination of ingredients, and they had a fantastic flavor. The burger was excellent, boasting great taste and high-quality meat. The chili was among the best and most flavorful I've ever had—truly amazing. Overall, I would rate my experience a 9.4 out of 10.
We had gone to another restaurant which ended up being a bust, and came to Taino instead, and boy were we glad we did! The quality of food was excellent, and the service was attentive; we mentioned that the front area was cold, and they right away turned the heat on! I was talking about my brisket sandwich for days.
This tasty BBQ place offers a delightful surprise with it's beautiful back patio! As you pull into the plaza with a hardware store you would never guess there is a enjoyable outdoor dining space in the back. The wait staff are friendly and you will find the menu has all of the BBQ you could want.
