I absolutely adore this restaurant. It’s a hidden treasure set against the stunning backdrop of the Monrovia mountains. This place has been a staple for years, serving delicious food. The staff is incredibly friendly and always does an amazing job in the kitchen. My favorite dish is the chicken or beef bowl; their rice is always soft and fluffy. Give this place a try—you won’t be disappointed!
The curry gravy was the heartiest I've ever tasted I could've eaten it on its own. Thankfully the cutlet was tender, crisp and delicious draped in the curry. My son adored the salmon teriyaki. The employees worked so hard, yet never asked for a tip (which I would've gladly given). We will stop again! Kid friendliness: Udon, teriyaki, gyoza... many options suited for picky or adventurous kids
This place goes above and beyond with tasty chicken katsu curry and a satisfying chicken and beef combo. The large portions at affordable prices make it a great deal. Quick service and friendly staff enhance the overall experience. Highly recommended!

This place food is decent but man the service sucks it’s only been recent that my wife and I have notice how bad the customer service has gotten, attitude and just poor service by the lady’s there their losing my business we will not be returning.
Love this place when I visit from out of town. Food is very good and affordable. The cashier is very slow and seems confused each time i come here. Causing lines through the door.
Taisho serves the best curry and rice! It's absolutely delicious! The dish features chicken and carrots, and it has just the right amount of spice.
Cheap quality of food. Lots of fat. The veggies tasted fresh and the sauce was good. Price is decent but it’s expected for what you get.
