I had the most incredible experience at Tajima Ramen College Heights!!! Every dish we tried was absolutely amazing, and both my wife and I couldn't get enough of the delightful pineapple cider/ale, whichever ever one it is it’s DELICIOUS... Food was excellent! It was very busy but we were seated quickly. We all had ramen. 2 had the carnita ramen and 2 the Tajima ramen with pork. So good. The carnita was spicy without being overpowering. The pork in the Tajima ramen was a nice size thick piece and was so tender and flavorful. The broth in both was really good also. They take your order before seating you. They were very helpful with suggestions which we appreciated being relatively new to different types of ramen. We will definitely be back. My friend brought me to try this ramen restaurant and oh my goodness!!!!! The vegan ramen is so good and filling!! All of the ingredients just come together so flavory and I love to add some seasoning that they provide. Not to mention their iced mango-matcha tea! The restaurant is so beautiful and their entire staff are so nice/attentive. If you are looking for a ramen restaurant I recommend coming here!!
A hidden gem in East County for genuine, made-from-scratch ramen. So far, my favorites are the classic Tajima (tonkotsu) and the spicy sesame ramen. While the karaage might not be as juicy as what you’d find at Raki Raki, all the other appetizers are simply excellent. I visited for lunch on Monday at 11:30 AM, right when they opened. I was the very first customer and the first to place my order, yet I ended up waiting an hour for my ramen—after the fourth person had been served! I had to check on my order, and I suspect if I hadn't, I might not have received my food at all!
Always awesome customer service here with great food! Jackie was fantastic and helpful : The creamy chicken Ramen is delicious--I was confused initially because the chicken looks so much like the pork (hahah my bad but it's a delightful dark meat with a wonderful rich flavor.
Ordered the Tajima Ramen and Carnitas Taco. The taco was nothing special and quite small; not worth the price. The pork chashu was not very tender. The broth was okay but lacled depth. The noodles were mediocre and soft. For the price, I'd go somewhere else.

One of my favorite ramen restaurants in San Diego. I always get the spicy sesame ramen, which is fantastic. Their karaage chicken is also amazing. No complaints.
