A very bad experience 1) we were asked to sit outside with promise of heaters. Where they sat us had broken heaters ! And broken shade or wind barriers . Once we were moved same situation . Default heaters and broken wind barriers Very uncomfortable for all 2) not at all the fault of our server , but service was then horrible . Timing of plates , drinks and even water was a joke Our server tried his best but the management of the kitchen let him down Good news is food was good
I wish the service would more train and know where the orders were made because the whole night I kept getting different orders and other people got my food as well. I was nice enough to say that I didn’t order what got by mistake but some people clearly didn’t do the same so they tasted our food before saying it wasn’t theirs. My wife got her after 25 min I would say idk why I was expecting more from this place
This is a place you MUST visit. The customer service is amazing. Our server John kept the sake flowing and made amazing recommendations. There was another gentleman who was simply the best, I'm so sorry that I didn't get his name. All of the food options were amazing especially the Takami roll and seabass skewers.
Worst sushi I have had in a long time. Unbelievable how bad tasting it was … portion was tiny, the crab roll came out like it was from a can etc. there were not enough servers so we didn’t get our food for a long time. Just terrible. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
