Talula’s Garden has become an iconic Philadelphia landmark for dining. I have been meaning to go there for years, as I had heard so much about this place. I went for a Sunday brunch and it was simply amazing. The atmosphere is wonderful and it was a beautiful summer day so I spend time walking through Washington Park across the street. The service was spot on and the food was simply delicious. The drinks are creative, and the desserts were to die for. We had the cinnamon buns as an appetizer which just melted in your mouth. Had a beautiful evening in the garden, with string lights and a lovely cross breeze. The inside was darker than I would have liked, but outside was perfect. Service was fantastic (thank you Matt). We ordered the cheddar biscuits, two gnocchi’s with chicken, one shrimp and scallops with risotto, ending with a shared order of the mini donuts. Everything was delicious. Also enjoyed the music and the aperol spritzes. A lovely dinner.
Went for brunch! We ordered the French toast sticks and mini cinnamon buns as starters. They were fine, nothing amazing. I had the shrimp and grits for my main and it was delicious very flavorful. Our server was fantastic and it’s definitely a cute vibe overall! I don’t know that I feel the need to go back, but I’m glad I went! I might go back to try their dinner.
Our server Kevin was wonderful patient, the food was as excellent, highly recommend the Chicken waffles, Avocado toast and the bacon! Drinks were delicious and the indoor outdoor atmosphere was great even on a hot humid day! Definitely worth a return visit, suggest you go hungry portions are generous, enjoy.

It was great experience, I didn’t like the table we had, it was so uncomfortable to seat, I was really squeezed into sofa. It was very, very, very uncomfortable seat. I hope you guys remove that table. Otherwise, the food was great, service was great. Overall I loved the experience and food.
I go out to eat a fair amount, so when I say the food and service were both exceptional I really mean it! You get what you pay for here, with large portions and fresh ingredients. I would definitely consider coming here to celebrate your next special occasion. Great date spot too.
All food, cocktails and service were fantastic. Now I’ve had potatoes before, but I’ve never had potatoes that were as crispy and as delicious as the potatoes at Talulas. Will be back with more friends soon and I cannot wait! 1000/1000
Really nice looking restaurant with an awesome vibe! The food, the drinks, the ambiance, and all the little details made this a dinner to remember. Highly recommend making a reservation.
