Great motel with cheap rates and generous rooms, the caretaker lives on site and is kind and helpful. The restaurant section has been closed down awaiting a new chef but this may take some time, the rooms have a kitchenette shower sink toilet amenities double bed tv cupboards etc with other bigger rooms. there is a pool that needs cleaning. The view of the river is amazing and is only 10kms from beaconsfeild with pizza delivery from a local pizzeria and a bus that stop and drops of right out front.
Tamar Cove provided a lovely 3 days and 2 nights stay, with clean, comfortable accommodation at an affordable price. Experiencing both the breakfast and dinner menu, I can truly commend the chefs on the care and diligence in preparing the food. The seafood tasted particularly fresh. Overall great atmosphere and experience. Highly recommended to people who need a short stay.
Always fabulous the 'Tasmanian scallops ' on the menu were the real deal and very reasonably priced for their Wednesday scallop special. Also, they do the world 's best bruschetta! Lovely friendly service. Didn 't have it last night but their seafood tower for two to share is spectacular!
Dropped in after visiting Platypus House it was the best drop-in surprise ever. The food was superb and very affordable and my husband won't stop raving about the garlic bread. Staff were very friendly accommodating. I highly recommend this restaurant/cafe to anyone visiting Tasmania. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I would leave a 0 star review if I could. Our bike group has come here on or around the same time every year for 4 years, this year we had our normal booking and we turn up, and it's closed?
Beautiful service amazing food yeastdays lunch both kids couldn't eat all there meal they loved it only thing ordered medium steak and was very rare but full of flavor thanks again
Oh my goodness, wow! The food was mouthwatering and the staff were fantastic. What a great evening and definitely a must if you are in Tasmania.
