I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from your restaurant. Normally, I love your food as it is always well-prepared and delicious. However, this time it was quite unpleasant. The chicken in both dishes seemed undercooked and the Bruma had more heat and flavor than the madras. Additionally, as a loyal customer, I was expecting a couple of fresh popadoms with sauce, but only received one soggy popadom without any condiment. I just wanted to bring this to your attention, hoping that this was just a one-time issue with a different chef. I look forward to hearing from you. Regards, Shaun.
We had made a reservation at this restaurant earlier in the evening, but unexpected guests arrived. When we finally sat down to eat about 2 hours later, we realized there was a small mistake and we were missing something. I called the restaurant and they were very apologetic. Within 10 minutes, they arrived at our door to rectify the error. The food was fantastic and the customer service was even better. It's rare to experience such exceptional service these days. Well done, we were very impressed.
I ordered from this restaurant last night and I regret it. The poppadoms were stale and bending instead of crispy. The naan bread was unappetizing. The chicken in both the tikka masala and jalfrezi dishes was undercooked and unpleasantly soft. My wife and I both woke up feeling unwell this morning. If I had checked the hygiene rating beforehand and saw it was only a 3 out of 5, I wouldn't have placed an order. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
We'd ordered a takeaway earlier in the evening when all of a sudden we had guests. When we went to eat, some 2 hours later after reheating we realised that there's been a small mistake and we had something missing. Phoned them and nothing was too much trouble and within 10 mins they were at the door. Fantastic food, even better customer service. Well done, it's so unusual nowadays. Had the best Indian takeaway tonight that I’ve had in a few years. First time ordering from tandoori parlour we were very happy. Took 30mins from order to being delivered. Food was great portions very nice. Meat was tender good quality. £5 off, we’ll defo be using this as our regular.
Wonderful rice, wonderful tasty sauce, great breads but, the chicken is awful, for the sake of a few pennies you ruined the meal by using cheap, frozen chicken, that was un-edible. Please spend more money on descent chicken and I’d gladly come back.
Best chicken tikka masala always hot and tasty and could eat this everyday! Friendly staff always polite no matter how big or small your order is they are always providing a professional service.
