The employee informed me that the stores were located on the other side of the casino. It was a long walk, and by the time I arrived, I was disappointed to find that not a single store was open; they had all closed hours earlier. It was incredibly frustrating to make such a long trek only to discover that everything was shut down.
If the employee had mentioned that the stores might be closed and suggested checking if they were open, it would have saved me a lot of time and effort. A fundamental principle for service staff is to direct customers to someone who can provide accurate information about store hours.

Some of the managers and employees could really improve their customer service. Their demeanor often comes across as cold and unwelcoming. It’s important to remember that visitors from out of state come here for a pleasant experience, and they tend to be friendlier than what I’ve encountered. The female manager at H&M should work on being more considerate, and it’s the same for the men at the Levi's store. It might be beneficial to have more female staff at Levi's, as it feels uncomfortable to always be assisted by men. Please strive to provide better service and treat your customers with kindness.
The place is too large. You have to walk from end to end just to get from one side of Foxwoods to the other. The casino and entertainment complex is at one end and the upscale restaurants are at the other end. It took 15 minutes to walk at a fast pace to get from the parking garage close to the arena to the restaurant we had reservations at for dinner. The term outlet store would make you think your getting good deals but the price at most of these stores is upscale retail.
The restaurant is clean and features an eye-catching decor. It boasts an impressive array of over fifty stores connected to a casino. However, there were some vacant shops. One peculiar thing was the bake culture store, where several glass display cases contained bagged chips and snacks. The establishment has a no smoking policy indoors and restrooms are available. Additionally, there is a friendly security presence throughout the area.

Lots of different stores and sales. However, not sure if they were renovating but there was also a lot of empty stores. (I understand online shopping has become dominant in this day and age)I would check the website (if they have one) to see if the stores they currently have are something of interest before going. Just my opinion.If you’re just perusing, then that’s fine.
I feel it's important to report this to the Foxwoods authorities because I believe this man scammed me, and he may have done the same to others. Unfortunately, the extended charger only lasted a month or two before it stopped working entirely. Despite this unfortunate experience, I enjoyed my time at Foxwoods and would still consider returning to the resort.
I only went to Shrine for a concert, and afterwards I played a few games, but everyone was so welcoming! The security staff, the workers, the crowd—pretty much everyone I interacted with that night was incredibly kind. I felt so much love in the atmosphere. I would definitely go back! I never leave reviews, but I had to share this experience.
Was here to see Trevor Noah. He was fantastic! Seating arrangement was not only speedy for exiting, comfortable as well. Decent views from where I was sitting too.

Came here for Independence Day stroll at the mall. It’s one of the closest outlet Mall in New London.
