Tanpopo - Tisch reservieren

This Japanese restaurant is held by a Franco-Japanese couple is a great discovery in Chamonix. Not only does it offer a limited card to ramens and curry, which is always a good sign for a Japanese restaurant (real), but also a good choice of saké and small entries like traditional gyozas and edamame. I tested Fuji ramen with soy sauce broth with these finely cut pears and beef curry, I was transferred a few moments to Japan as in my trips... An excellent address not to be missed, prices are very reasonable and very helpful staff.

Au Tanpopo c'est tout petit à l'intérieur ou en terrasse mais c'est du grand art dans la maîtrise des Ramen cette soupe japonaise avec des nouilles (chinoise à l'origine) et ses multiples accompagnements; ou essayez l'autre plat typique le curry japonais. Tout est très bon, fait à la demande. Essayez aussi les gyoza (petits raviolis grillés) pour commencer . Pour ceux qui cherche du sushi passez votre chemin ce n'est pas la spécialité du chef. Mieux vaut réserver pour la terrasse en été. .

Nous sommes tombés par hasard sur ce restaurant japonais qui (merci!) ne propose pas de sushis mais une vraie cuisine japonaise comme on l'aime! Au menu, ramen ou curry qui nous ont ravis!Un menu du jour à 12€50 composé de gyozas et d'un ramen avec un bouillon à tomber tellement il est bon!Un curry japonais délicieux Un tiramisu au matcha vraiment bonUn super accueil Bref, rien à redire!Domo arigato ! Et nous reviendrons !

Des Ramens excellents ...... Le chef adorable, fabrique tout devant vous !Les portions sont un peu justes selon moi et l'accueil - la patronne - est un peu fantasque mais pas méchant du tout .... son aide de camp est adorable comme tout . La salle sans lumière du jour peut retenir les claustrophobes ....

Ma femme voulait absolument manger des ramen. Et il faut bien l'avouer, elle et les enfants se sont régalés ! De mon côté, j'ai mangé un excellent curry de boeuf. Attention, n'hésitez pas à réserver car la salle ne compte que peu de places. Le chef et sa femme sont super sympas.Une excellente adresse.

Very good address. These are the best ramen in the valley. The broth is extraordinary, the marinated eggs are perfect. An address has been maintained The room is minimalist that has all its charm, think reserved. Quick service, very friendly chef, superb reception

How good it is to find real Japanese flavors! Gyozas, Tamago Ramen and Yasai Ramen were delicious! Bravo and thank you to the chef for bringing us flavours from his country! A pleasure!

Japan as if you were here!! Better never eaten. Smooth, very nice boss and his young apprentice. Uncontournable. Institution in Chamonix.
