Since COVID19, the new table service system required us to pay for our drinks before receiving them. After paying we were told one of the drinks on tap had run out and were offered an alternative, which we agreed to. When the drinks were brought we enquired about the price difference to ensure we were not undercharged. The waiter replied If anything I owe you! and walked off, at no point offering a refund or replacement. Indeed, we were overcharged for our drinks. We felt this table service to be very rude and unwelcoming. We did not seem to be the only distressed creatures in this pub. On the bar was what appeared to be a terrapin in a small simple fish tank. This craft beer bar is excellent. It's not too crowded for being in Westfield, even on a busy Saturday with a nearby event. I was still able to easily grab a table. They have a great variety of beers at reasonable prices. The only thing I would have liked is another sour beer option, but that's just my personal preference. Overall, it was a great find.
This bar is just round the corner from the Premier Inn in Westfield. Great choice of beers but also sells wine and spirits if you’re not a beer drinker. Barman was very friendly and helpful. A great place to stop for a drink before going up to one of the restaurants in Westfield. Prefer it to The Cow which is the only other pub in the shopping centre.
Not been for a while and still superb. Let's be honest, who doesnt hate shopping centres and having a bar like this is a God send. Great service, great beer, nice little outdoor area. "This cozy bar is nestled among various food spots. They offer a fantastic selection of beers at reasonable prices for London. It's a charming little oasis with exceptional service. Although they don't serve food, we were informed that we could bring in takeaway from other places as long as we bought drinks."
No darker beer on today, well it’s Early June, so I went for the Amber beer, Tap East Ekuuanot. Which reflection I should have sent back. My second one was a TapEast Session IPA which was passable, certainly more pleasing. I’m not confident about quickly returning to this old haunt.
The restaurant offers a nice variety of London beers from local tap and other small local brewers. There is a range of strengths available, from session to over 9%, as well as a good selection of beer styles. The bar staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

nice selection of ales it’s a micro brewery and handy for a pit stop whilst the ladies are shopping. fairly low key
