Gave this location 3 tries. First time was okay service was not the best but my girlfriend and I wanted to give it another try. The last two it took an hour to get a waiter or waitress and another hour to get our food. Service really needs some work. And the food has gotten worse and worse since our first time. We stumbled upon this place a year or so ago kind of on accident. We have been returning almost weekly since. The service and wait staff are excellent. They are very family friendly, hosting kid friendly events year round. This is also a great place to host a large group as they have a back room that will accommodate large parties and you dont feel like you are bothering the rest of the visitors (especially if your large groups consist of as many kids as ours do these days! Located in shopping center -table seating for over 120 in open area with large bar, also space outside when weather is better. Enough large screens to see well whereever your seated. Food and service were both great, good selection of beers on tap along with bottles/cans.
We had to wait more than 25 minutes just because we were a party of 5. The service was very slow even though the restaurant wasn't crowded. Just like every where else, it was quite expensive.

Stopped by the day after Christmas. Jen the server was there alone, but she was quite efficient and friendly. Will definitely return!
Everything was excellent. Our server was great food was hot. But I did think it was a little bit overpriced
The food was good. Not a favorite but not someplace to avoid. I thought it was a little pricey.
Didn't eat. Sat at the bar with a friend. Great atmosphere. Friendly and attentive service.
