We took a friend for lunch and as always had a fabulous meal. I decided to have the tenderloin steak trio. It was a perfect size for lunch and came with a tasty pasta and salad. My husband had the special pork and pork belly sandwich and the lobster bisque as his side and he LOVED it! Our guest picked the gnocchi and said it was simply delicious! We love Tap because while always getting great meals the service is superb to and to the reason this is our favourite 'go to ' place. Thanks Chef Alistair....best sommelier in BC!!
We (10 of us! enjoyed the most wonderful evening last night at Tap, where we experienced an Italian wine dinner pairing. Both the food menu and the wine accompaniments were stellar! Everyone at our table raved about the thoroughly delicious meal, (5 courses! the presentation, the sommelier's knowledge of the Masi wines that were featured, and the laughter and good company that was enjoyed throughout the evening. Thank you to Alistair and your outstanding team that makes such a successful event possible!
Had dinner for the first time at tap and it was AMAZING!!! The food was 5 star and the service was first class. The lobster bisque, the gnocchi, the charcuterie platter...the alasc tart. Simply delish! We loved everything! The tasting menu is what first caught our eye but once inside we wanted to try everything. Will def be back for more!! All I can say is Thank you for coming to Surrey, you make us proud..excellent food and good service..compliments to the chef..from the baked brie to the poached pear, it was delicious, of course the Beef tenderloin n the Ling Cod did not disappoint...will sure come back and recommend TAP to others..
Well balanced flavor and excellent presentation. Would compete with the best restaurants I have dined in. Chef made sure we were happy with the meal and staff provided great service.

This was a very odd dining experience. The restaurant is inviting, almost Whisler like . Lots of staff . We ordered the Caesar salad which was very good....
