Booked a table to meet up with family we were unable to see on Christmas day itself. The restaurant was OK but a little worn and damaged around the edges upon inspection, ie broken floor tiles, hand dryers not working, furniture well worn and scratched. The staff are overly eagerly to get you to order and approached us numerous times despite half our party running late. The food itself was a little over priced for what is essentially bland brought in frozen and microwaved ping ping to order. Some dishes were better than other however. Tapas revolution is convenient for a quick bite but not somewhere I'd wish to visit again.
We informed the lady that we had a booking, and she directed us to sit down without taking us to a table. Instead, we were expected to order from the menu ourselves. After browsing the menu for a few minutes, we approached her to let her know that many menu items were unavailable. At this point, they still hadn't taken our drink order. We were disappointed to find that nearly 50% of the items were unavailable, and we felt let down by the lack of communication. Overall, it was a disappointing experience in terms of both food and service.
The food was decent, nothing extraordinary, but still enjoyable. The service was satisfactory as well. I had to remind the waitress to enter the correct price on the card machine after we agreed to split the bill among all of us, and it was our mistake for not checking. Given the many other dining options available by the lakeside, I probably wouldn't return.
Was generally disappointed; service was good although menu was not explained and we received our main with our starters! Main (Chicken) was not good, greasy and so many bones! The worst part was the cost over £100 for two people for effectively fast food not good value for money at all! Would not return.

eating come within minutes of ordering, so it was obvious that it was not fresh, except the garnels that come fresh, but 10-15 minutes after the other. service was not great. hardly anything was available on the menu. Eating wasn't terrible, but not fresh.
The food was mediocre. We had to wait 20 minutes for dessert, and when it finally arrived, it was cold, so we sent it back.
We were the only ones in there at 5pm. Very sad to see. Hope this is not the way forward for restaurants
Was good, service was brilliant. Lacked a more modern feel inside. Food okay.

Not great for gluten free diners. Not much available for GF diners
Cannot fault the food or the service. Will definitely return.
