It is not the cheapest tapas, nor the most copious, nor the most crowded, but it is, by far, the best in Puerto de Sagunto. Although, as I say, it is not the cheapest tapas shop, it is impossible to imagine a price more adjusted to the quality of the product. There is not a single dish on the menu to which you can put a but. The bravas are amazing, the battered ear spectacular, the Andalusian squid with a very delicate batter, even some modest grilled mushrooms have their special touch. Special mention should be made of the cheeks and the oxtail, they play in another division. But when you think you're full, the cheesecake arrives... I won't comment on it, ask for it and find out for yoursel...
Execelente experiencia culinaria. Muy buena materia prima. Expectacular el calamar, con ese sabor dulce característico del calamar de playa y no el patagónico. El arroz del señoret, buenísimo, al punto con mucho sabor de mar, una ejecución excelente. Los postres fueron de escándalo, destacando la torrija. Aunque lo mejor fue el trato profesional y personalizado de la dueña. Se esfuerzan en dar un buen servicio y lo consiguen. Enhorabuena!!
