I complaint directly with the management, and didn’t even get an answer. Copying verbatim my email to them: I would like to tell you about a really unpleasant experience I had at your Leblon store earlier today. I believe that informing the management of these type of situations is important in order to take the corrective measures for any business to thrive. I ordered four tapiocas and two soft drinks for myself and my companion. After I had been charged, they told me that one of the ingredients for that tapioca was not available. Amei!!! Ja sou fã de tapioca, but never tinha eaten combineções tão flavorosa, estive no Rio for 16 days and comi lá por quase todos os dias. All delicious flavors, fine massa and crocante, recheio na medida. A salad 'fine' no copo tem um flavor marking e bem married com queijo de goat e uva. Or tapioca bolo, or Dadinho, your perfeito. Tem grande varietye de sucos das casa e outras opções. Preço super acessivel, além da fidee em que é possivel accumulate pontos e trocar pelos produtos da casa. Quero uma franquia em Brasília, urgente! Parabéns ao idealizador da Tapi.

Wonderful place, friendly staff and good food. Tapioca is such a tasty and light food, it’s good for breakfast, for lunch, for dinner and as a snack! Highly recommend the “Tapí Parrí”, “Tapí Leve” and the “Dadinhos de Tapioca”. I also recommend the açaí (it’s vegan and delicious). It has many vegetarian options, but it could have more vegan options, although it’s possible to change the cheese for tofu.

Although it has a small space, the service is very agile, and you can order delivery or takeaways. The tapioca pasta is excellent. their tapiocas are delicious. they have a vegan option with hummus and basilikum. all other tapiocas may have substituted the cheese by tofu spread. updated by previous review on 2021-03-16
