I ordered a burrito at 9:05 this morning to pickup on my way to the airport. They said 10 minutes.I walked into the taqueria at 9:30 needing to grab my burrito and go, we’ll after the estimated 9:15-9:20 it might take for them.As you can imagine, it wasn’t busy on a Monday morning.I paid and noticed the plancha/grill was empty. The staff smiled and said thanks and then said something to the cook. He opened up a container of precooked, pre sliced steak and started grilling it. They didn’t acknowledge anything about the time that passed or the time that it would take.I had to leave to catch my flight.Absolutely ridiculous.They did not offer a refund or acknowledge anything about this.
