This taqueria is amazing. The food was delicious. We had tacos with chorizo bark, a quesadilla with shredded bark, and a burrito dish with shredded chicken. For an appetizer, we had chips with guacamole. We also tried their pineapple and tamarind drinks, which were also very good. The tacos were the standout dish and highly recommended. The bowl was also tasty. Customers order at the counter and seat themselves as there is no table service. Despite this, the service was fast. The salsa they serve is also amazing, especially when paired with the quesadilla.
AMAZING! My family took a lake George trip and after we tried this place we came back everyday because we couldn’t get enough! I am super picky- but this food is absolutely fantastic. Fresh and full of flavor. Salsa and guacamole is on point! We tried everything they had and you can’t go wrong. Plus the owners are super sweet and kind- very accommodating. Beef was my favorite ? the location is clean and crisp/modern inside…. definitely give it a try!
Mildly better experience than the average chipotle with less options and a higher cost. Homemade chipotle sauce was good but nothing creative or interesting. If you're looking to eat vegetarian or vegan, this works; don't expect the cook to add more veggies if you opt out of the animal products though.Would be best to simply order rice and beans [side of veggies]
This place is adorable with a great atmosphere and delicious food. My family and I really enjoyed our meal, which was served quickly. The flavors were amazing and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of the food. Would definitely recommend for a great dining experience.

The food was sooo good but feel sick to my stomach after witnessing the cook grabbing food with his bare hands no gloves, no mask. The no mask part of it isn't that big of a deal but when you see a cook grabbing chips and serving them in a bowl with his bare hands. Gross.
Absolutely the best food I’ve had in LG in a long time. LG is unfortunately not known for great restaurants and many times the food is overpriced and incredibly low quality. Taqueria Paloma is quite the opposite. Keep up the amazing work! I’ll be back for sure!!!!

This restaurant in Lake George offers the best dining experience. The owners are extremely friendly and the restaurant is very clean. It's always our first choice when we are in the area.

F ING AMAZING! Stumbled upon this place while visiting Lake George and, this is not an exaggeration, I have found the best Tacos in the world. Period.
