Tarambana - Tisch resevieren

Tarambana is like being invited into a Sevillano family home for a meal. So much so that all the waiting staff call the matriarch in the kitchen Mami. We were surprised and asked our waitress Adriana. Adriana told us that we call her Mami because she is like a mother to all of us. We had our first meal in Sevilla here, and on our last day we came back again to taste the delights of Tarambana. The stand-out dishes were the cod risotto and the rack of ribs.
