We went here one night when we didn't really know where to go was a bit mediocre if im honest ordered Garlic bread it came and it was just a burger bun split in two with a bit of garlic butter and cheese on it was all soggy and not very good. I also ordered steak pie steak was rubbery and it had filo pastry scattered over the top....not sure why this place hasn't heard of puff pastry! My daughter had the mince again it want good my partner had the chilli nachos for main and she said they were really good, my partner had a meal also and said it wasn't very good. Wouldn't eat here again but the Flower of Scotland is good for a good night.
Popped in for a quick drink one night,saw the menu and thought we would give it a bash,I love steak pie,it was almost 9 and we found out food finished at 8-30,the lady behind the bar said no problem and we had our tea,it was so good and even better washed down with a lovely pint of coors,we came in a few more times over our weeks holiday and fell in love with the place,watching the rangers europa league game there was a highlight,would deffo recommend this bar to visiting Scots,great bar lovely food lovely staff !!!
If you want good British pub grub, this is the place. Fish and chips with mushy peas, a very large sunday roast with yorkshire pudding, roast and mash, and four different veg all nicely cooked, with good gravy. And the biggest surprise on Fuerteventura an authentic mutton Scotch pie, served with chips and baked beans. Pleasant staff, and good prices. Lift available from ground floor (to the right of the building it is at the top of), as stairs a bit steep if you have mobility problems.
Went in for food on a Saturday afternoon. Waitress said Chef was cooking for a private party, could only do chips and things. Didn't want chips and things. Just left and walked across to Step Inn, where we had a lovely lunch. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Had a drink each here and it was the last. Hell of a lot more expensive than many of the other bars around it. 3 euros on 2 drinks every time would make it an expensive night out.
Had breakfast in the flower of Scotland Jon the boss lovely fella the staff too. Can not fault the food or service will definitely return all the best
Three of us came here our Waitress was very friendly and welcoming, the food was great too. Would recommend and we will be back next time we visit

Too many TV's. No atmosphere, wouldn't go again. Too many smokers. Tables all too close together. Not much else to say.
