Traveling through Braganca, decided we stay for the night. Driving around to see the city and find a place we followed a sign saying Centro Historico. That's always a good choice to follow. It led us to a castle high on a hill and you could drive through the gates of the curtain wall. Single lane of course. Instant transformation to medieval times ! There were houses and businesses inside the walls and a smallish but beautiful castle somewhat in the center. We spotted this place and went in. Instant friendliness, as Paul the waiter made us feel right at home. The food was a disappointment. The four moments menu was actually three moments with one appetizer, one main, and one dessert. The first two courses were ordinary and the dessert, olive cake, was gray and slimy. We brought a bottle of wine from a local winery visit and were happy to pay a corkage fee. The server was openly hostile when he saw the bottle but said he would check to see if he could open it, which he did. The traditional wall tile gave the restaurant a charming feel. Too bad the food wasn't better.

Fomos com dois pequenos e chegamos exatamente às 15h e eles foram muito gentis em nos atender, a comida era de ótima qualidade e o atendimento muito bom, 100% recomendado.
