I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, which features an open kitchen design that lets in plenty of natural light through its large windows. The staff was exceptionally friendly. I thought the soup was fantastic, and while I enjoyed my main dish, I did find the chicken a little dry. What really sets this place apart is its unique pricing model—you decide how much to pay for your meal since it operates as a non-profit. I've been volunteering for four days, and I can honestly say it's become my favorite experience! It's incredibly rewarding to volunteer at a place I truly believe in. Taste Project is extremely clean and serves unbelievably delicious food! The chefs prepare amazing meals from scratch! I’m truly captivated by the entire concept of this wonderful establishment. I highly encourage you to come and share a meal with this incredible group of people—they will surely bless you with their warmth and fantastic food!
The staff and food at this restaurant are amazing! However, the parking could definitely be better as it's quite limited. On a positive note, the restaurant is very family-friendly. I love bringing my children and grandchildren; we all enjoy the tasty food and excellent service. I recommend making a reservation to ensure a speedy dining experience. They also have wheelchair-accessible tables, which is something many other places don’t offer. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot for lunch!

The owner and co-owner are truly remarkable individuals, as are their volunteers. They are ten times more kind and welcoming than most servers at typical restaurants where you would leave a tip. I've never come across anything quite like it. This experience reminds me that there are still good, compassionate people out there in a world that often seems lacking in kindness, where we witness so many struggling every day. This is my third visit, and I continue to be impressed by the quality of the food. The volunteer staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the Taste Project to anyone seeking an outstanding dining experience while also helping those in need. The atmosphere is open and bright, creating a warm and inviting interior. Even the tables and chairs are of excellent quality. I can’t recommend it enough!
The breakfast was fantastic! Even though their website stated that reservations were necessary, I opted to walk in and only had to wait about 10 minutes for a spot at the community table. I would absolutely come back for lunch or dinner. The staff was very friendly, and the restaurant was clean and well-lit.

The gazpacho was absolutely outstanding. I love this restaurant and truly feel that we need to support local businesses like it. I encourage everyone to spend their money at wonderful places like this one!
