Curry chicken was not chop up like the authentic style and the meat was raw like it never cook,no seasoning at all!My son throw the food away! Taste of Jamaica in Atlanta lives up to its name by offering authentic Jamaican cuisine. The chefs at this restaurant have done an amazing job of bringing quality Jamaican food to the table. The dishes are fresh, flavorful, and seasoned to perfection. I had the jerk chicken with rice and peas, cabbage, and plantains, all washed down with ginger beer. The portion sizes were generous and left me feeling satisfied. I also indulged in some beef patties for later, which were also fantastic. This is a takeout restaurant with limited seating, but the food offerings are extensive, including ice cream, rum and raisin, super malt, bun and cheese, and more. I'll only get curry chicken and a bark patty when I go. I enjoyed it every time and the portions are nice. the service is hit or mis. most people are like normal server that smiles and hallo says while one of them always seems very annoying that someone dared to go into the load. you don't even say hello or thank you for coming. it's just an ice-grill all the time and quiet as if the door entrance was a more serious attack that can never be forgiven. but it's not a restaurant, and I'm just there to get out and get out so I don't mind too much. if they had asked or weren't sure what they wanted, it's probably enough they don't want to come back.
I had the stewed chicken and jerk chicken, both with rice and peas. The stewed chicken was okay, nothing to complain about but the jerk chicken was not authentic. I could tell that there was no grill used to make the jerk chicken. It seemed as if it was stewed with jerk seasoning paste I can buy from the grocery store. The rice and peas were enjoyable but the cabbage was a bit soggy. I’m used to lightly steamed cabbage with my Jamaican meals. Not bad at all but not the best Jamaican I’ve had. Still searching for something that compares to my favorite spot in Bronx NY.

I give them 5 stars (10 if I could) but today when I entered, I saw a new worker. the heavy light skin woman working on the Jamaican site at memorial dr. is the reason why I no longer go there. Serious customer service (I was a waitress for 20 years) now I need to find a new place? a lot of luck when they decide to go there while she is!
I had the jerk chicken, rice&peas and cabbage along with a beef patty and let me tell you this is the best Jamaican food I’ve ever tasted! The staff is very nice! Will most definitely be back. Kudos to the chef!!
nasty I use to love this place, but now they don't care what they serve carblessly tasteless rice muddy. oxtails small with the best of any meat. I command, eat, so I guess they just gave me everything, whatever
Food is always good. I usually get the jerk chicken with rice and peas and I love their lemonade and plantains. The workers aren't very friends and seem to always have an attitude though.

great part and delicious juicy choice of the protein. the curry gat is so heavenly! this is perfect after wandering the Steinberg and simply wanting to eat the whole world.
First time customer and I had got the cowfoot and couldn't even try it because it was hair in my food, don't think I will eat here again
