I never post google reviews. this experience was completely unacceptable. I ordered via slice that was an option on their website. I received a text that the order was received and confirmed. at the entry it took 5 minutes to ask me something. I had to go to her, even though she saw me all the time. I let them know I had a pickup and she kept telling me I didn't. I had to show her my reception. When I raised my receipt, she literally went away and didn't come back. she went on to talk to others than to me. they had come the cook and ask me for my order that he found in 2 minutes. this was a 15-minute experience that my later made to other daily activities I had planned, which is why I set up...
Visited this place today. We ordered two beef shawarmas with fries and both the shawarmas and fries were stone cold. I usually have very low standards of food and I hardly ever complain but that was unacceptable so I raised it with the hostess. She took my plate and returned with fresh fries and same shawarma. I just didn’t bother complaining again because shawarma was the actual meal and both should have been fresh. And clearly they weren’t interested in fixing that.It wasn’t the closing time neither were there any other guests. the good one. the food was excellent. quickly advised and was excellent. there was no problem with eating what ever. Unfortunately, the customer service was practically not existent. there was no hallo, welcome, is everything in order? nothing. the woman who was the only server spent the majority of her time in her phone, without any care what was going on. I think I can say that this was the first time that I actually didn't leave a tip that I hate to do. but I can honestly say there was nothing that the waitress deserved. I'm indecision whether I'm returning or not. what a shame
I visited this restaurant today and ordered two beef shawarmas with fries. Unfortunately, both the shawarmas and fries were served cold. I brought it to the attention of the hostess, who replaced my fries with fresh ones but served the same cold shawarma. I chose not to complain again as both the shawarma and fries should have been served fresh initially. It seemed like they were not interested in rectifying the issue.

I'm sure there are good things to eat here if you know what to order. However, I ordered Cheese Pie and thought it was going to be pizza. It wasn't. It was three small pieces of dough folded into a triangle shape. In the center was a white, tasteless cheese with some parsley, served with some shredded lettuce and a pickled vegetable. My sister ordered a steak sub, which was okay. Not going back. Sorry.
Delicious! Lots of vegan and vegetarian options menu is pretty well marked (though, it is worth asking for clarification because a few things with dairy yogurt seem to be labeled as vegan). Portion sizes are very generous, everything was nicely plated. Fried green beans are a hidden gem on the menu breading is reminiscent of onion rings.
We ordered their Mediterranean feast and we were utterly disappointed with the food. The quality of the food was below par and we trashed most of it. One thing for sure, we are never ordering from this place. I know ppl are trying to make a living by opening such businesses, but it shouldn’t be in the expense of others.
Best Lebanese food anywhere! We want to come here every weekend!!! We got the soup and salad lunch special for $10.99 which is HUGE!!! Excellent lentil soup and fatooush salad. We got the hummus sampler with three types and homemade thick and fluffy pita bread. Near Leesburg Outlets. Very reasonable prices.

went to eat dinner dinner, it was not worth dollar and service is bad. they do not even react. I don't know why they're 4 stars. food presentation is good, but too tiny portions. also falafel was small water bottle cap size for 12.99. other grapes is super cold. I'm not going back here!
